O2 tablet is a broad spectrum antibiotic drug used to fight off different kinds of bacterial infections. It is a combination of Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.

How does it works :

O2 Tablet is a combination of two drugs, belonging to the class  and nitroimidazole. It works as a bactericidal byinhi biting the bacterial DNA gyrase enzyme, which is essential for DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. This leads to expansion and destabilization of the bacterial DNA and causes cell death.
